Today Herbert Nitsch started his travel to the World Championship in freediving, it will take place in Dean's Blue Hole on Long Island, Bahamas.

Herbert will try to write from the location in a daily basis about what is happening.

  Historic freediving World record to 120 meters!

  Herbert Nitsch shattered the freediving World record held by Frenchman Guillaume Néry by 7 meters, with a 120 metre dive (393 feet) on April 11th 2009.

  Herbert wanted to “make a statement” by pushing it far “Beyond Limits”, which is also the working title of his newest project.This World record is the opening scene of this documentary, but there is a lot more to come throughout this year!
